Buckingham Great Central - and information

I wonder if I might have reached information overload. It took me two hours to find a drawing for a mate two days ago - it was in one of the files. Do I need a system (but how?) or do I just keep too much information in the first place?


On another point I noted that in the above The good Rev got much more operation in not much wider that the Art of Compromise in his Linslade, both 6' long.
